I flushed my brakes and did a tech on the car, and took some pictures in the process.

Hmmm … something missing? Maybe a nut and a washer?
The threads on the link end stud are damaged, and I couldn’t get a nut back on, at least just by hand. I just found out about something called a thread file which may be able to clean up the threads enough to salvage the link end. In the meantime I’ve ordered a new link end.
